Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when applicable

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Kingdom Shirts currently ships within the United States.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing an order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kingdom Shirts is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and filing a claim. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
